Besides the physical, mental and health benefits, we don't know! Let's review. Physically, you'll feel better, become energized and look great. Health wise, exercise increases the blood circulation through the body reducing the risk of a stroke. Exercise increases your metabolism and strengthens your heart muscle lowering your cholesterol and reducing the risk of a heart attack. Exercise increases your flexibility and joint mobility reducing arthritis and deters osteoporosis. Mentally, exercise builds confidence, reduces stress and mental fatigue. What is an Extreme Fitness Workout? An extreme workout is a workout in which you push your body to exercise at high intensity levels. If you are a runner, this could be something like sprint work or Intense Ply metric training. For a weight lifter, it is pushing your body to its upper limits including working your muscles to complete failure. If you are looking to build muscle mass and lose body fat, then you have to push your muscles to the next level. So What Are Your Goals? • Are you looking to build muscle?
